Paru2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms carefully in full before using the paru2 platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all conditions stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the paru2 platform via our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the paru2 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and paru2 as the service provider. Our platform operates exclusively for users in Malaysia and all services are subject to applicable Malaysian law.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
- Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the paru2 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or closed.
- Paru2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your account details, particularly prior to processing withdrawals.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your paru2 account password and login credentials confidential.
- All activity carried out under your account is considered your own action, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to us.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone. paru2 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.
Prohibited User Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the paru2 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate the betting or gaming system.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage through fraudulent means.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt platform operations in any way.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner that goes against the stipulated terms and conditions.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the paru2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept payment in foreign currencies unless otherwise stated.
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including e-wallets and bank transfers. Minimum deposit limits and processing times vary by payment method and are subject to change.
Withdrawal requests will be processed following the required identity verification. paru2 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is fully completed. Withdrawals may only be made to an account held in the name of the same registered user.
If you have any questions or disputes regarding a transaction, please contact the paru2 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. paru2's decision on all disputes is final.
4. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Paru2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Terms violation: Any breach of these Terms & Conditions, including the use of multiple accounts, fraud, or bonus abuse.
- Verification failed: Failure to verify the user's identity within the timeframe specified by paru2.
- Suspicious activity: Suspicious transaction or betting patterns that indicate potential fraud or system abuse.
- User request: At the user's own request to voluntarily close their account.
- Legal requirement: Where required by the relevant authorities or applicable law.
If your account is suspended for reasons unrelated to a terms violation, any valid credit balance in your account will be refunded via the original payment method, subject to applicable processing fees where relevant.
5. Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property

Paru2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service interruptions, or technical issues beyond our control.
The paru2 platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions or errors. We will work to resolve any technical disruptions promptly, but we cannot be held liable for losses incurred during any period of downtime.
Intellectual Property
All content on the paru2 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of paru2 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law.
Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any part of this platform's content without prior written consent from paru2. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. paru2 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any such external sites.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Paru2 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the paru2 website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.
Your continued use of the paru2 platform following any published changes to these terms will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate Malaysian courts. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
